Job Overview

Mapletree is seeking an experienced Senior CRM Systems Administrator to lead our IS&T team in administering and optimizing our CRM system. This role will play a key part in supporting our fast-growing commercial environment.

Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior CRM Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing system administration support for CRM systems, including user permissions, custom objects, and workflows;
  • Customizing the CRM platform by creating, managing, and optimizing complex workflow rules, validation rules, and approval processes;
  • Analyzing data and creating reports to gain insights into team operations and productivity;
  • Leveraging CRM data to enhance customer engagement and retention;
  • Coordinating and supporting integrations with third-party applications, including SAP, MRI & other ERP System;
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop effective CRM strategies;
  • Ensuring the CRM platform is tailored to the organization's needs;
  • Streamlining processes and maintaining data integrity;
  • Enabling teams to work more efficiently by leveraging the CRM system effectively;
  • Leading CRM-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones;
  • Defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria;
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project resources;
  • Developing training materials and conducting training sessions for CRM users;
  • Creating user guides and documentation to assist users in navigating the CRM system effectively;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology) and project management certification;
  • Proven experience in CRM administration and configuration, with 4-7 years of working experience;
  • Complete at least 1-3 end-to-end Full implementation cycle and projects over 100 users;
  • Excellent and proven interpersonal skills, and strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence/persuade as well as engender trust and respect;
  • Demonstrable experience of applying effective problem identification and problem-solving techniques;
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot);
  • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting;
  • Experience with SAP and other ERP System integration is a plus;
  • Experience with development skill is a plus;
  • Demonstrable understanding of data platform technology landscape and CRM technologies;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
