
Leading Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Success Professional to join our team.
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success in their use of our products and services.
Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
You will also be responsible for leading the implementation and integration of our video analytics solutions into customer workflows and systems.
In addition, you will travel to customer sites as needed to support implementations and provide training sessions and workshops to educate customers on utilizing our products and technologies.
Our ideal candidate has prior experience in customer success or technical account management, software development and/or technical support, and excellent communication skills with a customer-first mentality.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven track record of success in customer success or technical account management.
- Prior experience in software development and/or technical support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mentality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
