Job Description

As a Customer Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers. Your primary role will be to attend to customer calls, create work orders and workflow distribution and coordination.

You will also assist and report to the FRC Supervisor or FRC team leader, monitoring all FRC systems and reporting status of any alarms, faults or trips. Additionally, you will issue and control keys and ROFs, update events, information and data in records books, and attend to emergencies and major incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum NTC in technical education
  • Working experience in technical field preferably in the control room
  • Proficiency in English and good communication skills
  • Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office
