  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the family estate, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order.
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping, to maintain a pristine living environment.
  • Handle basic maintenance tasks, such as simple DIY activities like garden maintenance and replacement of faulty lighting, to ensure the estate's integrity.
  • Conduct routine estate maintenance inspections of residence areas and surrounding landscape to identify potential issues and prevent damage.
  • Liaise with external vendors for advanced repairs relating to the estate and owners' vehicles, including vehicle repairs and routine servicing.
  • Maintain owners' vehicles, including washing and undertaking chauffeuring duties as required, to ensure their safe transportation.
  • Undertake ad hoc duties relating to the estate operations as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
  • Willingsness to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the family.
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality on the family's matters, upholding discretion and professionalism.
  • Possesses a Class 3 driving license, ensuring safe and lawful operation of vehicles.
  • Good time management and communication skills, enabling effective coordination with the family and external stakeholders.
