Job TitleOperational Liaison SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operational Liaison Specialist to join our team.

This role involves working closely with the Regional General Manager (RGM) to plan, organize, and manage operational support functions. This includes coordinating and consolidating management reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to relevant stakeholders.

As a liaison between the RGM and internal/external stakeholders, you will ensure timely communication and task completion. Building good rapport and networking with external stakeholders to identify opportunities for business collaborations, co-marketing, and PR leverage is also a key aspect of this role.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements for the RGM and other employees, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, transport coordination, and expense management. Demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes is crucial in this role.

Other responsibilities include preparing and submitting expense claims, travel claims, reports for your superior; providing on-ground logistical support for visitors such as transport coordination, airport visitor pass application, etc.; ensuring seamless operations of the RGM's office by providing support to business units on operational needs; performing general office administrative duties including attending walk-ins, courier arrangement, management of stationery and pantry supplies, maintenance of office equipment, telephone system, and cleanliness of the office.

Additionally, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of office facilities to ensure they remain safe, secure, and well maintained. Initiating and implementing process/productivity enhancements where possible is also an important part of this role.
