Snaphunt is seeking a seasoned Strategic IT Recruiter to lead its Talent Acquisition function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and attracting top IT talent in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's IT talent needs.
- Develop and maintain a network of IT professionals and stakeholders to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.
- Manage the recruitment budget and optimize the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain a talent pool of IT professionals based on business needs and trends.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their talent requirements and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Lead a team of recruiters to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates to the business.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT talent acquisition.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with IT roles and the ability to understand complex technical requirements.
- Understanding of MOM laws and SG HR practices.
