Associate Technical Services Systems Integration Specialist

We are seeking an Associate Technical Services Systems Integration Specialist to join our team.



The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in technical implementation engineering and be eager to learn and grow with our organization.

Job Description:

This role involves working closely with the Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration team to action configurations, installations and attend to break/fix events that are deemed less complex in nature.

The successful candidate will be responsible for learning the skills necessary to perform these tasks and will work towards associate level certification.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Learning to start owning portions of an installation, break/fix incidents, and problem management during the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements.
  • Performing less complex configurations and installations.
  • Attending to less complex break/fix events during the project lifecycle.
  • Providing support and working alongside Senior Associate/L2 and other senior support engineers.
