Job Title: Senior System Infrastructure Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing system infrastructure expansion plans, configuring monitor systems, and providing technical consultancy advice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing system infrastructure expansion designs.
  • Configuring monitor systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Providing technical consultancy advice on system configuration and overall design.
  • Assisting clients in verifying, isolating, and resolving system incidents or problems.
  • Escalating unsolvable problems and service requests to the relevant teams.
  • Maintaining accurate administrative records and reports.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in system engineering, with excellent technical skills and knowledge of system infra design. Relevant experience in cloud environments is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a System Engineer in an operations environment.
  • Good grasp of technical skills (system) and infra system design.
  • Ability to handle demanding service response and recovery turnarounds.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server OS 2019, Active Directory/DNS, HYPER-V, and/or VMWARE ESXi is highly advantageous.
