System Infrastructure Specialist

The system infrastructure specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our technology infrastructure. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with the IT team and other departments to design, implement, and maintain server and network infrastructure that meets high availability, performance, and security standards across all systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement server and network infrastructure solutions to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Monitor and optimize system performance by implementing upgrades and patches as necessary.
- Develop and enforce robust security measures to protect against cyber threats.
- Manage backup solutions and disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and data loss.

Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with Linux systems and network administration.
- Ability to design and manage compute clusters, including high-performance computing environments.
