Job Description:
  • Your Key Responsibilities Include:
Attend to customer inquiries and provide timely assistance
Support customers in ancestral rituals, prayers, and chanting, including tablet placement
Clear prayer items after rituals, prayers, and chanting sessions
Monitor the functionality of hall equipment and report any malfunctions
Maintain a clean and organized environment within the ancestral halls
Assist with monastery annual prayer events

Requirements:

Education:
Secondary school qualification or higher
Experience: At least 1 year of front-line working experience
Language: Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective communication
Key Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, excellent customer service abilities, ability to work physically, and flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays
