Ancestral Hall Service Attendant

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to individuals performing ancestral rituals and prayers. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they have a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with ancestral rituals, prayers, and chanting
- Clear prayer items after rituals, prayers, and chanting
- Maintain the order and cleanliness of the ancestral halls
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or breakdowns
- Support special events and ceremonies held in the ancestral halls
- Secondary education or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of front-line working experience
- Bilingual skills in English and Mandarin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy objects
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
