Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Technical Proposal Strategist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality proposals that meet customer expectations and support sales targets.

  • Collaborate with business development teams, technical experts, and other stakeholders to craft winning proposals.
  • Manage a team to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of all proposals.
  • Analyze customer RFQs to define technical and commercial strategy for proposal development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

Lead a team to ensure high-quality proposals align with company standards and customer requirements.

2. Proposal Development:

Craft winning proposals in collaboration with business development teams and technical experts.

3. Customer Analysis:

Analyze customer RFQs to define technical and commercial strategy for proposal development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Chemical Engineering/Process Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in L3 digital solutions such as APC, OTS, PIMS, Asset Management, etc.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of major automation vendors, products, services, and solutions.
  • Domain knowledge in ISA95, ISA88, OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, Industry 4.0, MES best practices, and data security.
