Senior Banking Technology Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced specialist to manage large-scale projects related to banking API with multiple stakeholders.

  • Job Description:
  • Manage API project scope, track requirements, delivery schedule, and host weekly project working committee calls. Plan client testing and commercialization with product owners at group and country levels, manage overall timelines, and address risks or issues.
  • Effectively engage testing teams across SIT and UAT phases, comply and track process assurance across project tollgates, and required artefacts. Focus on quality of deliverables, completion in full, active follow-up, and team engagement skills.

Others:

  • Responsible for tracking the quality, scope, timeline, effort, resources, develop and execute the overall project plan, and analyse project proposals that impact the schedule and budget variance.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Business Project Managers to manage project stakeholders and relationships, ensure teams work in a collaborative environment.
  • Manage all changes to the agreed scope of work, review and assess all changes, and ensure all changes are approved by PSC.

Risk and Issue Management:

  • Manage overall project risk, track risk aging, work through escalations, change governance, and related issues, implement risk mitigation plans.

Process Adherence:

  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure the system development methodology is followed and the relevant artefacts are delivered on time with quality.

Project Reporting:

  • Measure, monitor, and report progress to stakeholders at various levels of organization across the enterprise with the right quality, consistency in content.
