Roles & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate is a friendly and proactive individual who enjoys working with people, has confidence and experience in providing excellent customer service. Our Bar Executive will contribute to daily operations as part of our Front-of-House team, support the bar staff, follow beverage recipes and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Key responsibilities include ensuring an impeccable customer experience for guests, managing expectations, attending to complaints and resolving issues promptly. The successful candidate will also assist supervisors and restaurant managers in maintaining company standards and knowledge of the restaurant's brand positioning.

Other key tasks include participating in effective communication between Front of House and Back of House teams, ensuring adequacy of bar supplies at all times, preparing and serving beverages in a timely manner, and following set quality standards. Additionally, the role involves managing ingredients, using POS systems, executing delivery orders, and assisting with events held at the restaurant.

To be successful in this role, you should have preferably 1-2 years of F&B and hospitality experience, a minimum of 6 months of bar operations experience, and possess neat habits. A positive mindset, approachable demeanor, natural people skills, and excellent communication skills are essential. You should also be confident in learning POS systems, have great time management and problem-solving skills, and be able to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
