Job Title: HR Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a HR Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless administrative tasks and delivering exceptional employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding Administration: Ensure timely completion of onboarding processes for new employees, including necessary paperwork and orientation sessions.
  • Recruitment Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HR systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Invoice Processing: Process monthly invoices, track payments, and collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Purchase Requisitions: Raise and track purchase requisitions and orders through ARIBA, ensuring timely delivery and payment processing.
  • Vendor Creation: Coordinate the creation of new vendors for payment processing, ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Staff Claims: Review and verify staff claims for monthly submission, adhering to established guidelines and deadlines.
  • Birthday Vouchers: Procure birthday vouchers for employees each month, promoting a culture of appreciation and recognition.
  • Confirmation Dates: Track confirmation dates and service milestones, preparing related letters for managers to facilitate effective planning.
  • Wellness Initiatives: Coordinate wellness initiatives, such as health competitions and HR-led activities, to promote employee well-being.
  • External Partnerships: Liaise with external partners to establish and maintain partnerships for wellness programs, including yoga and mental wellness sessions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or related field, coupled with 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
