Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead banking system development and implementation projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, with experience in managing large-scale projects from beginning to end. They will be responsible for defining project approaches and plans, tracking status, identifying and resolving issues and risks, planning resources, and executing governance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the progress and milestones of banking system development or implementation projects.
2. Promote and control issue and ToDo lists. Organize progress reports and report to client management.
3. Communicate closely with clients, business, and IT-related members. Organize teams and lead until project completion.
4. Manage client expectations to maintain a positive company impression.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineer, or Information Technology.
- IT project management knowledge and experiences.
- Must understand the software development life cycle.
- 3 or more years of experience in IT-related project management or delivery lead.
- Project management delivery tasks such as approach and plan definition, status tracking, issue and risk identification and resolution, resource planning, and governance execution.
- Proficient in Japanese (native or JLPT N1) and English (business level).
