Supply Chain Finance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to support our manufacturing operations in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting:
    • Proficiency in cost accounting principles, including standard costing, variance analysis, and overhead allocation.
    • Analyze and report on financial data, variances, and profitability for production processes.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial models, ensuring compliance with accounting standards; rate development.
    • Develop and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
    • Experience in preparing financial reports and dashboards that provide insights into cost performance and operational efficiency.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare annual budgets and forecasts for manufacturing operations.
    • Monitor and analyze budget performance, providing insights and recommendations for corrective actions.
    • Perform financial modelling to support strategic decision making.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Basic understanding of the CDMO business model, including project management, client, and contract management.
    • Familiar with production processes and supply chain dynamics.
  • Financial Compliance and Auditing:
    • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and external regulations.
    • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights related to cost accounting.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for tracking costs, inventory, and financial data, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
    • MES/WHS/MRP knowledge.
    • Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling, data manipulation, and reporting.
    • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to analyze trends and visualize financial data.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance processes.
    • Collaborate with teams to implement best practices in cost accounting and financial analysis.
