Student Support Specialist

Supporting Students is a pivotal role that requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an integral member of our team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring students' academic success by providing top-notch support services.
">Your primary responsibility will be to manage student records, monitor attendance, and intervene when necessary. You will also assist with course transfers, withdrawals, deferments, resumptions, extensions, and inactive student management. Additionally, you will coordinate academic interventions for students who require extra support and collaborate with the academic department to find effective solutions.
">Another key aspect of this role is managing Student's Pass cancellations and renewals, as well as handling assessment appeals. You will ensure that all processes are fair and transparent, providing guidance to students as needed.
">To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and prioritize tasks efficiently. A strong understanding of academic regulations and policies is essential, along with the ability to remain impartial and objective.
