About the Role

This is a seasoned subject matter expert role for a Cloud Sales Specialist, a quota-bearing sales persona. The primary goal is to pursue and land qualified leads identified by the Client Management team and other respective teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain expertise in Cloud technology and industry trends.
  • Support sales closure based on technology domain knowledge.
  • Address technology conceptual challenges during the sales process.
  • Maintain relevant product and service knowledge to engage with clients.
  • Stay aware of the competitive landscape, market pricing, and strategy.
  • Work with technology vendors to understand their solutions and how they contribute to our offerings.
  • Engage with clients to understand business goals and articulate required solutions.
  • Prepare presentations and establish relationships with multiple client stakeholders.
  • Use understanding of client business and technology expertise to personalize recommended solutions.
  • Identify and act on new sales opportunities within an account.
  • Pursue and land qualified leads.
  • Execute sales strategy and support territory sales plan.
  • Develop and maintain account plans for clients.
  • Identify and highlight client risks that could impact their organization.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure scope of work and proposals are tracked.
  • Use sales methodologies and tools to drive the sales process.
