We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Clinical Transformation Specialist, responsible for leading transformative clinical services initiatives.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop tailored care plans for clients with complex needs.
- Provide expert clinical supervision to senior physiotherapists and/or physiotherapists, ensuring adherence to professional standards and best practices.
- Ensure that clinical services adhere to relevant professional standards, regulations, and best practices to deliver high-quality, safe, and effective care.
- Optimize the use of clinical resources, including staff, equipment, and facilities, to maximize the impact and reach of services.
- Offer clinical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to the team to enhance their skills and professional development.
- Collect, analyze, and report on relevant data and outcomes to measure the effectiveness of services and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical programs and interventions that meet the diverse needs of persons with disabilities.
- Develop, implement and review clinical competency frameworks, guidelines, policies, and procedures to support the delivery of high-quality services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and procedures related to clinical service delivery.
- Collaborate with Heads of Department and Clinical Leads to support and/or lead the development and implementation of the organization's clinical strategy and service provision, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and efficient care within allocated financial resources.
- Contribute or lead in the development and implementation of new programs and services.
- Design and evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs/services and make recommendations for improvement.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of services.
- Monitor and analyze clinical outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and audits.
- Contribute in organizational and sector-level activities to enhance the quality of programs and services.
- A recognized degree/master's in Physiotherapy.
- Registration with Allied Health Professional Services.
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience working as a Physiotherapist.
Candidates applying for Senior Therapist roles should demonstrate strong clinical expertise and the ability to mentor junior staff, while those applying for Principal Therapist roles must have advanced clinical proficiency and a track record of driving service excellence, innovation, and evidence-based practices.
