National Dental Centre Singapore (NDCS) seeks a Clinical Innovation Engineer pursuing innovative product development in the bioengineering field with experience background in rapid prototyping, design thinking, regulatory, patent protection, commercialization, business plan. NDCS aims to be a leader in innovative and impactful clinical, translational and health services research that will transform the future of oral healthcare.
- Carrying out bioengineering development and testing, product optimisation and packaging to ensure the novel bio-scaffolds products are delivered to the highest quality standards for animal studies and human trials
- Work with the research and technical team on novel biodegradable, biocompatible tissue-engineering scaffolds to contribute product development and engineering and provide service support for bio-scaffolds implants that are ready for technology transfer to company
- Develop manufacturing optimisation activities for the novel bio-scaffolds products with and without bioactive material and adhering to highest Quality standards for human use.

**Job Requirements**
- PhD in dentistry, oral health, biomedical engineering, life-science or related fields is preferred
- Experienced and/or certified trained under ISO 13485 service and design thinking, 3D printing, regulatory, patent protection, commercialization, business plan
- 3-5 years of experience in bioengineering product development
- Able to work in a fast-pace, dynamic medtech product development environment
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
