As a Junior Operation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing daily production, capacity planning and machine optimization. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in motivating the production team to meet schedules for various operations supporting customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Management: Oversee daily production processes, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the production team, setting clear goals and expectations to drive productivity and efficiency.
  • Work Environment Maintenance: Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment by implementing and driving 6S standards.
  • Consumable Spending and Delivery Metrics: Manage respective consumable spending and delivery metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Risk Assessment and TPM/OEE: Conduct regular risk assessments, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) to optimize production processes.
  • Lean/Kaizen Initiatives: Participate in Lean/Kaizen initiatives to continuously improve processes and eliminate waste.
  • Cell and Toolbox Meetings: Conduct routine cell and toolbox meetings to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Employee Motivation and Discipline: Foster a positive working environment, promoting employee morale and motivation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues impacting production or quality.
  • Production Efficiency Improvement: Identify opportunities for production efficiency improvement and reduction in waste.
  • ERP System Management: Ensure accurate and proper updating of ERP system.
