Job Description

As a Country Representative for iSend in the Philippines, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development in this key market. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing business strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the Philippines;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, financial institutions, and other partners;
  • Representing iSend in the Philippines, attending events and conferences, and promoting our brand;
  • Providing outstanding customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, compliance, and technology, to ensure smooth and efficient remittance services;
  • Analyzing market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve iSend's offerings in the Philippines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in business development and relationship management, particularly in the financial services industry;
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
  • A deep understanding of the Philippine market and regulatory landscape;
  • A track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment;
  • Residency in Singapore and a valid work permit.
