Strategic Global Product Lead


Overview The role of a Strategic Global Product Lead involves developing and executing global expansion strategies. You will build products that enable merchants to seamlessly sell to customers across multiple countries. Your goal will be to design and deliver a comprehensive cross-border roadmap, including a centralized command center that empowers merchants to effectively manage their global business operations from a single interface.

Responsibilities As a Strategic Global Product Lead, you will have the following key responsibilities:
  • You will develop a deep understanding of our customers who are expanding globally, synthesizing data and research and experiments to outline different awareness gaps and frictions customers face.
  • You will think holistically across the end-to-end requirements of a customer that sells products and services in multiple countries and how we can help them access multiple countries and grow their global business.
  • You will work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales, and product development teams, to build and execute on a roadmap to enable our users to seamlessly sell to global customers.


Requirements To be successful as a Strategic Global Product Lead, you should have the following minimum qualifications:
  • A track record of successfully launching global solutions in fintech or B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop comprehensive global expansion roadmaps.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, legal, compliance, finance, and go-to-market teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex international market requirements.
Additionally, preferred qualifications include experience with global product management, particularly in EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions.
