Overview


Journey Leadership Role
This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our end-to-end client lifecycle and operational excellence. We're seeking a seasoned leader to drive innovation, alignment, and measurable outcomes across the organization through the OnePass initiative.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Define and evolve the strategic vision for the OnePass journey, aligning with broader business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, ensuring clarity of roles and alignment of deliverables.
  • Oversee the development and validation of business cases, ensuring alignment with value drivers and stakeholder expectations.
  • Drive holistic process analysis and re-design, identifying pain points and opportunities for simplification and automation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business, technology, and operations teams, ensuring alignment and transparency across all levels.
  • Partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to prioritize backlogs, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
  • Define and track OKRs and KPIs to measure the impact of OnePass initiatives and inform continuous improvement.
  • Champion change management efforts, ensuring stakeholder readiness and adoption of new processes and tools.

About the Team


You'll be working as part of the OnePass initiative, one of the key components of the digital transformation portfolio in the financial services industry. This function sits within the Global Wealth Management COO in Singapore/Hong Kong.


Your Expertise


  • A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in business analysis, transformation leadership, or journey ownership, preferably in financial services or wealth management.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • A strong understanding of COO functions, risk and control frameworks, and digital transformation principles.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and delivery.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus.
