Key Responsibilities- Manage all HR functions across Singapore, Malaysia, and China.
- Work closely with team leads on talent recruitment processes, training, and performance evaluation plans.
- Drive improvements in talent experience through internal communications and engagement programs.
- Deliver efficient and effective onboarding experience for all new hires.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accurate processing and timely payment.
- 3-5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Engagement, Internal Communications, Stakeholder Engagement, or Performance Measurement in a dynamic culture and creative environment.
- A degree in Human Resource is preferred.
- Expertise in developing and implementing talent engagement strategies, including performance motivation, training, retention, and leadership development.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and strong knowledge of employment regulations.
- Occasional traveling (once every 2-3 months).
