As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest arrivals and departures, booking reservations, performing registration duties, and reviewing guest check-in information.
- Assign appropriate guest rooms based on their preferences.
- Handle guest requests through incoming calls and follow up on guests' requests.
- Complete administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry software.
Working Conditions:
- 6 days a week, 3 rotating shifts - 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm & 11pm to 7am (midnight shift twice a month).
