Strategic Financial Planning Specialist

Role Summary
The role involves collaborating with key divisions in the development of strategic and operational financial planning initiatives.
You will be responsible for providing mission-critical financial information to drive performance, including impactful trends and variance analysis, risk sensing and scenario planning. The primary focus will be on fulfilling the financial advisory and decision support needs for Changi Airport's Terminal 5 and Changi East Development.
Key Responsibilities
You will develop financial models and business analysis to support strategic initiatives, review critical strategic and financial decisions, and value-add to project and strategic planning, funding, contract awards and management. You will also lead process improvements and engage relevant stakeholders regularly in a whole-of-government effort to manage the financial and funding aspects of the mega development.
Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Accountancy, Business, Finance or related areas.
5 to 7 years of relevant experience, candidates with a background in audit are also welcome to apply.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and resourceful.
Strong communication, influencing and team playing skills.
