The Role
As a strategic Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building strong client relationships, driving engagement, and delivering measurable success across a diverse portfolio.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with clients by deeply understanding their goals and delivering real impact.
- Lead customer satisfaction initiatives, retention strategies, and growth opportunities by identifying upsell and cross-sell possibilities.
- Manage onboarding processes, oversee campaign execution, and provide ongoing account management to ensure seamless delivery.
- Create and deliver timely reports - weekly, monthly, and post-campaign - and translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients to develop detailed account and success plans that anticipate and address evolving needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients innovate, exceed objectives, and achieve best-in-class marketing outcomes.
Your Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services.
- Knowledge of digital media and marketing is highly valued.
- Excellent organisational skills, prioritising multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport at all levels.
- A proven track record in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-first mindset.
- A self-starter with a growth mindset, intellectually curious, and eager to learn.
- A team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
- High attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), Google Drive, Slack, MS PowerPoint, and Excel.
