This role requires a strong organizational and multitasking skillset, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management, preferably in F&B or confectionary.

Key Responsibilities:Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management:

• Oversee the complete order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.

• Manage stock levels, ensuring inventory accuracy through regular audits and stocktakes.

• Coordinate with production teams to meet demand forecasts and ensure product availability.

Logistics & Delivery Coordination:

• Schedule and manage the dispatch of orders, optimizing routes for drivers and delivery teams.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

• Troubleshoot any delivery issues, including delays or customer complaints, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Warehouse Management:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring organized storage, picking, and packing of products.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

• Implement processes for efficient stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO) and manage warehouse space effectively.

Procurement & Supplier Management:

• Source and procure raw materials and packaging supplies, maintaining good relationships with suppliers.

• Negotiate favorable terms with vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.

• Monitor supply levels, placing orders as necessary to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Fleet & Driver Management:

• Manage a team of drivers, ensuring they are well-equipped and informed for deliveries.

• Maintain the fleet of delivery vehicles, scheduling regular maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.

• Implement driver performance tracking and optimization programs to improve delivery efficiency.

Reporting & Process Improvement:

• Track and analyze key operational metrics (e.g., order accuracy, delivery times, inventory levels).

• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the logistics and order fulfillment process, proposing solutions to streamline operations.

• Implement best practices and continuously improve operational processes to enhance productivity.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management, preferably in F&B or confectionary.

• Class 3 License

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.

• Experience in managing drivers or delivery teams.

• Knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.

• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
