About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Management Professional to join our team at EXCELLENT SECURITY & SAFETY PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the office schedule, ensuring that staff and visitors are aware of upcoming events and meetings.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, responding to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation as required.
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff members, preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an office management role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.
