Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to drive business growth as a Financial Service Ambassador.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to walk-in customers at post offices, identifying potential customers interested in financial services and generating leads for insurance, banking, and financing solutions.

In this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills, customer service experience, and sales expertise in retail or financial industries.

You should also be comfortable working with sales targets and have a flexible schedule including weekends.

The ideal candidate will be a team player who can work in multiple locations based on assigned post office routes.
