Life Sciences Market Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Flow Cytometry Marketing Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to build awareness of our product and drive market share growth in the region.
As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market strategies and product positioning across regional and local markets. You will also work closely with our global team to understand market trends and build a professional network through attending conferences, webinars, and seminars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product line initiatives for business expansion
- Collaborate with the global and regional teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning
- Attend industry events to stay up-to-date on market trends and build relationships
- Plan and conduct training sessions for sales, application, and channel partner teams
- Monitor marketing activities effectiveness and analyze funnel management metrics
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Biotechnology (Immunology) or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Flow Cytometry
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
