This results-driven position involves using technical expertise and knowledge of products to demonstrate how they can support research goals, ultimately helping to drive research and accelerate innovation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer needs with scientific expertise and business acumen to establish and maintain strong relationships.

  • Identify and target potential new customers through market analyses, leverage knowledge to develop new accounts, and document all communications and customer interactions in the CRM database.

  • Collaborate and communicate with other departments, including Marketing, Product Support, Customer Service, and Business Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in the life sciences with relevant laboratory experience; Master's or Doctorate degree preferred.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, highly motivated personality, and ability to meet and exceed goals.

  • Laboratory experience with cell culture or cell isolation/separation is an asset.
