Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Placement and Billing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality business outcomes by fully integrating and mobilizing relationships with insurers.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure operational activities are delivered per the agreed service level agreement.
  • Manage workflow, handle escalations, and proactively engage resources to address issues.
  • Effectively delegate workload across the leadership team.
  • Develop and deliver assigned operational programs, projects, and/or services that are significant to the Business Unit.
  • Build and foster high-quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a graduate or postgraduate degree with a proven track record of providing excellent levels of client service across varied processes and stakeholders.

They should have knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management, including the implementation of best practices.
