Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and executing internal control functions for Asia Pacific offices. Your primary goal will be to ensure efficiency and compliance across all regional operations.

You will establish and maintain internal control systems tailored to the specific needs of each office. This includes reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness of existing controls and procedures, as well as developing new ones to address emerging risks.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing internal audit findings and ensuring timely resolution of action items.
  • Delivering compliance training and updates, including development of training materials.
  • Coordinating with headquarters on compliance education for Asia Pacific offices.
  • Ensuring data protection practices comply with local regulations and company policies.

Additionally, you will lead Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) activities across Asia Pacific offices. This will involve collaborating with senior leadership to align GRC practices with strategic and regulatory goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in internal control, compliance, or risk management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

A strong understanding of corporate governance standards and industry benchmarks is also essential.
