We are looking for a senior leader within the Controlling field, to join our Region APAC Team based in Singapore.

**Job Description**:
**As Regional Sales Controller you are responsible for leading our local controlling teams with the purpose to drive and deliver on the set sales, operational and controlling goals. In partnership with the Regional Sales Manager, you are responsible for the overall customer experience as well as the Sales, Profit and Operations in all touchpoints.**

**Based in Singapore, you would set the Controlling strategy across the region consisting of Greater China, South Korea and South East Asia.**
- Your Responsibilities:_
- Lead the sales controllers to contribute to the shopping experience development in all channels, securing the baseline of inspiring touch points for our customer.
- Budgeting, planning & forecasting of Omni Sales, Commercial & Operational KPI’s as well as setting the way of working on securing these at sales market level.
- Commercial & sales analysis: methods, analysis, reports building, business cases & actions taking
- Securing strategic & operational goals together with the Regional Sales Manager.
- Ensuring the overall planning from a controlling perspective (linked also to the local teams, logistics etc.)
- Being a strong formal and informal leader, important stakeholder in all decision making in the region.
- Optimizing / Constant improving the current controlling methods and ways of working.
- Ensuring the completion of various administrative tasks (i.e., review/approve vendor invoices, month/ financial year end etc.)

What you will need to succeed:_**
- 2-3 years’ experience in leading team of 3+.
- 3+ years experience in Controlling.
- High interest in analytics & tech savvy
- Strong analytical skills developed through different proven disciplines
- Ability to work with data and strive to always sharpen own analytical skillset
- Business minded with strong communication and leadership skills and can support and coach managers in an impactful way.
- Flexible and always searching for new business opportunities
- Striving to self-develop but also to develop others
- Ability to take business decisions and actions
- Ability to follow up, question decisions, and provide feedback in a constructive way with all levels of management
- Practicing great teamwork based on our values is your natural way of working.
- Ability to travel if needed in the Region, including overnight stays
