Job Title: Community Chest Committee Liaison

This strategic role presents a unique opportunity to work closely with key decision-makers and contribute to shaping Singapore's social services landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • As the primary liaison, provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for the Community Chest Committee.
  • Coordinate committee meetings, including venue arrangements, logistics, and hospitality management.
  • Prepare and distribute high-quality meeting materials, such as agendas, minutes, presentation decks, and analytical reports.
  • Implement robust tracking systems for meeting action items and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
  • Maintain systematic documentation of committee proceedings and decisions.
  • Craft and manage professional communications with committee members and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective information flow between committee members and relevant parties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives and contribute to policy development.
  • Assist in the evaluation and improvement of existing processes.
  • Manage special projects assigned by senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Degree or higher qualification.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong initiative, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with superior organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to drive results and complete projects efficiently.
  • Proficiency in preparing comprehensive reports and presentations.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to analyse complex information and present it clearly.
  • Experience in committee or board support (advantageous).
  • Relevant experience in planning, stakeholder management, and handling competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent written communication abilities.
  • Experience in public sector operations (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Singapore's social service and fundraising landscape (advantageous).
