
Senior Business Operations Coordinator

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for managing senior executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations, as well as assisting senior executive to follow up important projects.
You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining efficient office systems, arranging travel and accommodations for directors and other team members, and organizing and securely storing correspondence, documents, and computer-based information.
In addition, you will be expected to proactively handle and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion, and handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in business and at least 5 years of relevant experience in an administrative or personal assistant role, with experience in business development.
You should be fluent in both English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese stakeholders, have general knowledge of our products and services, and market research and business paper drafting skills.
Other key requirements include public speaking and presentation skills to articulate strategy to business stakeholders, project management skills, relationship building and liaison skills, high efficiency, self-motivation, and ability to take initiative.

- Assist senior executive to follow up important projects, including financing projects, risk cases and other projects initiated by or covered by senior executive.
- Develop and maintain efficient office systems, including document management and filing.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for directors and other team members as needed.
- Organize and securely store correspondence, documents, and computer-based information.
- Proactively handle and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
