Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our next-generation ministry.

  • This role involves providing spiritual guidance and mentorship to help the next generation grow in their faith and discipleship.

Mentor key young leaders in the ministry and build a core team of next-generation leaders.

Plan and run effective programs for the next generation.

Teach and speak when needed.

Assist with other tasks or ministries as assigned by the Pastor or their representative.

Requirements
  • A mature individual with a desire to grow in Biblical truth.
  • A clear calling to lead the next generation.
  • Passion for serving young people.
  • Experience in working with children, youth, and young adults.
  • Theological education is preferred, ideally a Master of Divinity (MDiv) or an equivalent degree.
  • A background in Baptist training is an advantage.
  • Available to work on Sundays.
