Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of complex healthcare projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with consultants, internal colleagues, and authorities to ensure seamless project execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing input to the project schedule and managing budget and procurement
  • Being a natural leader of safety and driving progress between all disciplines and trades
  • Conducting regular design checks, mitigating and managing change orders, and providing regular progress reports
  • Taking a lead in consultant and client meetings using data and influential communication skills
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a related qualification
  • PMP certification as an advantage
  • A minimum of 15 years' industry experience with at least one healthcare project delivered from tender review to handover
  • Experience managing major projects over $1 billion
  • Understanding of healthcare constructability requirements and interpreting and making relevant changes to design
