We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head our market team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a desk comprising private bankers known as client advisors. They will work closely with the CAs to build, establish, and grow long-term client relationships.

  1. Head a team of experienced private bankers.
  2. Collaborate with the team to identify potential high net worth and ultra high net worth clients.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the team's needs, risk management issues, and ensure the delivery of bank products and solutions.
  • Identify potential HNW/UHNW clients and coordinate cross-bank coverage.
  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance guidelines when interacting with clients and prospects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. At least 8 years of experience in people management and leadership.
  2. In-depth knowledge of wealth management offerings, preferably with significant experience dealing with HNW/UHNW clients as a private banker.
  3. Strong understanding of Asia Pacific financial markets and regulatory frameworks.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively to ensure a team approach to providing the best solutions.
