  • As the Senior Manager of Partnerships & Research in our AI Development Group, you will shape the strategic direction and execution of AI-driven initiatives, leading the rapid prototyping, development, and seamless integration of cutting-edge AI capabilities.
  • This pivotal role will embed AI at the core of Certis' innovation and operational strategies, enhancing security, automation, and efficiency across technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Spearhead the rapid prototyping of AI solutions to enhance Certis' offerings and operational capabilities.
  2. Oversee the development of scalable, reusable AI modules/services, ensuring efficiency and agility for future projects.
  3. Guide AI projects from ideation to deployment, ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration into Certis' ecosystem.
  4. Drive AI adoption across existing and future Certis technology platforms to improve security, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  5. Collaborate with software development teams and business users to explore, productize, and implement AI capabilities.
  6. Develop and manage relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, institutes of higher learning, commercial vendors, and government agencies.
  7. Ensure all AI solutions align with industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and data privacy requirements.
  8. Stay at the forefront of AI advancements by researching and reporting on emerging technologies, techniques, and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in IT solution development or driving technological innovation in organisations.
  • Strong background in Python programming, AWS services, cloud-based AI deployment, and Dev Ops practices.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML model lifecycle management, cybersecurity best practices, containerization, and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in systems engineering and systems thinking; design thinking is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex AI projects.
  • Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Passionate about solving complex problems and driving impactful AI solutions.
