Strategic Data Lead

This position will spearhead innovative data initiatives to transform healthcare delivery through advanced analytics, supporting the department's vision of a harmonious convergence between Complex Care, Population Health, and Artificial Intelligence.

  • Design and maintain automated data pipelines and ETL processes

  • Apply advanced statistical techniques and data mining methods to explore large healthcare datasets
  • Create and manage interactive dashboards and analytical tools with focus on intuitive visualisation for non-technical audiences
  • Provide advanced analytics support for clinical research and quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop predictive models and implement machine learning solutions
