Regional Agency Lead Job Description

This role will oversee the development of TikTok's relationships with independent agencies in Southeast Asia, driving growth through strategic partnerships and expanding the platform's marketing presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a strategy to increase TikTok's revenue share and partnership opportunities with independent agencies in Southeast Asia.
  • Enhance TikTok's agency relationships, focusing on building connections at CXO and founder levels.
  • Collaborate with agency team leads to define account plans and unlock investments, driving business key performance metrics.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop annual and quarterly business plans, synthesizing market data and defining the overall business approach for TikTok's success.
Requirements:
  • More than five years of experience in ad sales marketing and development or a sales-related media function, managing key brands and performance advertisers with complex challenges.
  • Deep understanding of driving brand and performance outcomes through media strategy and a strong conceptual grasp of synergistic media platforms.
  • Demonstrated success leading and deploying full mix of media solutions is an added advantage.
  • Strong ability to work with partners outside the organization and influence outcomes by creating win-win solutions.
