Job Title: Production Control Specialist

As a Production Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our production processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Kogo Seisan System (Policy, Set-Up, Implementation, Maintenance, Review & Revision)
  • Coordinate and oversee the section's production plan
  • Monitor facility utilization and prepare a monthly machine utilization report
  • Track and report overtime levels
  • Develop and enforce stock policies for materials, parts, and products
  • Monitor stock levels and manage slow-moving or dead stock with a monthly stock report
  • Handle inventory-related issues
  • Manage common resources such as space, pallets, and consumables
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of production management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
