About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of pastry ingredients, including weighing, mixing, baking, and decorating.
  • Production and decoration of pastries, including cakes, cupcakes, macarons, sponges, and other specialty items.
  • Operating machines for production of pastries, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintaining and sanitizing baking utensils, tools, and machinery, adhering to kitchen and SFA SOPs.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors, including packing finished products and cutting.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for pastry-making and a keen interest in developing your skills professionally.
  • The ability to commit to a minimum 5.5-day work week, with flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
