We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Pastry Artisan. As a key member of our kitchen crew, you will be responsible for creating high-quality bread and pastries that meet our customer expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment and tools are in good working condition before use.
  • Bake a variety of bread types, including baguettes and multigrain loaves, to perfection using precision temperature control.
  • Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain a well-stocked bakery.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a bakery or related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating commercial-grade kitchen equipment, such as mixers, blenders, and dough sheeters, is essential.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and protocols is also required.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (5am - 3pm) and weekends is necessary.
Additional Information
  • This is a full-time position working 6 days a week.
  • The bakery is located in Central Singapore.
