Campari Singapore Pte. Ltd. - Marketing Consumer Insights Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Consumer Insights Analyst to join our dynamic team for a short-term project of 3-6 months. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding consumer behavior, analyzing market trends, and translating data into actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.

This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills. The successful candidate will have a strong background in consumer insights, market research, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality insights that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consumer Insights Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends. Analyze data from various data sources, including surveys, social media, and sales reports. Identify key consumer insights that can drive marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Market Research: Design and execute market research projects to gather relevant data. Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to assess market needs, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.
  • Data Interpretation and Reporting: Interpret complex data sets and generate comprehensive reports on consumer insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide context for insights.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to integrate consumer insights into strategic planning. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance marketing strategies, product development, and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or related roles in the similar industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS, R, Tableau).
  • Experience with survey design, statistical analysis, and interpreting data from various sources.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
