Job Title: Production Supervisor

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our food production facility. Your expertise in managing complex processes and ensuring seamless execution will be instrumental in maintaining high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
2. Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
3. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the food manufacturing industry.
2. Proven track record of success in implementing process improvements and driving team performance.
3. Strong knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, or HACCP certifications, as well as Halal certification requirements.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory management systems.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead high-performing teams.
